We ordered takeout yesterday 10 April and I had roast w/horseradish sandwich and cup of potato soup. My husband had chili and Italian sandwich and 2 sweet teas. We both got sick to our stomachs yesterday and into the evening. Don’t know what was going on but this was at lunch time.. This is my favorite deli but my first takeout. Not sure I will do this again.
My wife loves your sweet tea and I just love your food.
Usually I really like it but yesterday I had a bad experience.
I am so glad that McAlister's Deli opened a store in the area! Their Country Potato Soup in a bread bowl is the best! Love the Club sandwich. ****************** I am writing an update on my review. This has always been my choice and go to place until they stopped putting lettuce on the sandwiches and went to the garden mix. I can not eat spinach, which is in all the sandwiched and of course the salads. They offer no choice on that. Haven't been back for a while now. Ordered lunch from McAlister’s on Tuesday and it was very delicious. Although the soup was not hot, it was one of the best broccoli cheese soups I’ve had in a long while and my French Dip sandwich was good as well. Today I ordered the same exact order and my sandwich was sloppy made but I overlooked it but the taste of the sandwich could not be overlooked so only half of that sandwich was eaten.
