Snake infested for over a year that I've been aware turns out last few Tenant's have had snakes!!! ROBERTAS FAILURE TO TAKE ADEQUATE ACTION HAS DESTROYED ME AND WHEN I TELL YOU INADEQUATE SHE HAS NOT ADDRESSED A SNAKE DEN ONE MF TIME AMD THEY ARE CONFIRMWD FROM A PEST COMPANY I HAD TO HIRE THIS HAS BEEN PURE HELL I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM HER I FEEL LIKE IM IN A HORROR FILM N ITS STILL ROLLING THIS IS A BAD BAD BAD PLACE
We lived there and she never done anything to the property we asked if we could put a pool up she said no and when semis go by the house shook the doors never locked the basement flooded and she gave my fiancee covid and at that time no one could get into his account and we asked if she had anything cheap
Never rent from this place. They do not take care of their properties, the only time they clean the halls is when the inspector comes by, her "maintenance" guy does not know what he's doing, I had a leak for several months before having to file a complaint with the county to finally get it fixed and still have a hole in the ceiling because they haven't replaced that yet either, and then bring me a replacement refrigerator because the old one leaked horribly that was 1- 30 years old and 2- had a dead mouse in it.
