I've used McAdams plumbing in the past and have always been very pleased with their work and professionalism. This time our kitchen faucet was leaking in several places and the shutoff valve for hot water was not working. Danielle answered my questions about types of faucets I could replace it with and scheduled my work to be done. Tim came to diagnose an issue we were having with the water pressure in one sink. I appreciated that he started by looking into the simplest, least intrusive potential solution. It was an easy fix--all better. The service call price was very reasonable. He was scheduled for a particular day, but he was running ahead, so the office called and asked if it would be convenient for him to come a day early, which worked out very well. I would definitely recommend McAdams and will use them for my plumbing needs in the future.

Rick from McAdams Plumbing was great - called before coming, arrived on time, was very professional & efficient in diagnosing sump pump issue & replacing, including thoroughly hosing the pit to remove oil that had leaked from prior pump. Left the work area neat & clean. Answered all my questions. Would definitely use McAdams for any further plumbing help needed.

Our sincerest apologies, we were unaware in the office of the issue that had occurred and when the review was posted by the customer, we responded direct to the customer to rectify this situation.The situation could of been avoided if communication on both parties had been better, we will learn from this and hopefully avoid this situation in the future. The wall is being repaired at company expense, the listed items we feel were done at a fair price for a Licensed, Master Plumber.
My experience with this company was not so positive. When fixing an exterior faucet, he put a 12" X 12" hole in the wrong wall in my house and then cut a second hole where the first one should have been in the first place. Then when I asked him to address that, he gave me what I considered to be an unacceptable "explanation" and acted like I was uninformed and should not be questioning standard procedure.
