Just got my car back today. I had great customer service through the whole exchange. When I showed up, one of the edges of the tint had bubbled up maybe a half inch wide. I brought it to their attention and they not only fixed it immediately, but they even gave me a couple incentives for the time it took to fix the imperfection. Which i didnt expect because i understand that $#!+ happens. . all in all they did a great job and they clearly stand behind their work with a lifetime guarantee.
