I have been working with mc2 for years. They have always been honest and forthright. My bills are exactly as they said they would be and I saved a lot of money on my electric.

I was looking to switch companies for a better rate for my electricity. MC Squared was very nice and walked me through my current price I was paying with the other company and what I would be paying with them. They explained I could switch back if I needed to and for no charge whenever I wanted to. There was no pressure and it was easy.

I work for a company that has used MC Squared for a couple commercial properties. We recently had a billing issue that stemmed from a small miscommunication. I was worried that it would drag out and take an inordinate amount of time and energy, but 24 hours after calling with my complaint, I had received a understandable explanation from them and a fair resolution. I was very pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received.
