Electric was shut off at campsite but they were charging ***** husband had passed away and I was still grieving and I never noticed the name on my electric bill. Never heard of them and never signed up with this service I was scammed out of $268.92. My campsite was hit by a tornado and my camper and meter were destroyed. They claimed that I requested that my service be transferred to them from ComEd. This is not true. I have never communicated with MC Squared Energy Services in any manner. I spoke to ComEd about this and they said they would stop the transfer.
Mc Squared Energy Services, ************************************************************************************************************, had the nerve to send me a letter and envelope with ComED on them, telling in the letter "Confirmation of Change in Elecric Supplier" -" We are writing to inform you that your electric supplier has been changed from Commonwealth ****** to MC Squared Energy Services." MC Squared has helped us source and manage our electricity spend for a number of years. We have found Chuck ****** and the MC Squared team to be insightful and responsive to our needs.
