Great job and quick.
High prices and no integrity, overcharged by $12k for the same work. Lost density due to Sean's inaccurate work. Tried charging for work not done. Then could not guarantee the work he claimed to have done properly, none of which was accepted by my major lender, equity partner and especially the HUD underwriters.
I’ve worked with theses guys on various projects. They are thorough, prompt, and know how to set up projects to succeed. I highly recommend.
