Fair rates and smooth process. Please keep in mind you may reach better contact if you visit their office in person or call them first thing in the morning. They have gotten better at being much more reachable though. The only thing that would make this 5 stars is if the cleanliness/presentation of the space and doctor was better. It is a military clinic so you get what you get for a military service, but I would love to see newer/updated equipment and supply. Not sure if this place has some sort of gripe with answering the phone but it is extremely hard to get a call answered by the employees here.
Absolutely horrible I have been trying to call for 5 days no matter when I call I can never get anyone to answer. And sometimes it answers just to hang up like that are purposely ignoring the phones. This is ridiculous for a vet to never answer their phones what is even the point of the phone
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
