I've been trying to reach out to the office for weeks at this point, making countless phone calls and have sent two emails spaced a week apart. Nobody is answering nor responding, and I need a travel health certificate for Hawaii. If they say to email them as the best bet yet still don't respond after weeks have gone by then they need to re-evaluate their communications policies.
I have been trying to get ahold of them for the past few days. No one is answering phones, even when I call right when they open. I understand that they have previously mentioned they only have one phone line, but I’ve also sent several emails and have not gotten a response. I’m in a situation where I cannot go in person to make an appointment and am lost on how to get ahold of them as it relates to my upcoming PCS.
The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. This was my first visit, and it was a relatively easy one, but it was a good experience and am looking forward to swapping all my animals to get seen here! The Vet was really friendly and informative about the shots my puppy needed and explained them. If you have base access, utilize this awesome resource! The pricing for the shots and visit and stuff are way better then most places you will find out in town!

Fair rates and smooth process. Please keep in mind you may reach better contact if you visit their office in person or call them first thing in the morning. They have gotten better at being much more reachable though. The only thing that would make this 5 stars is if the cleanliness/presentation of the space and doctor was better.
