So my husband had a piece of metal in his eye. I called and they were able to get him in to remove it. That part was great other than the lady on the phone that I spoke with was not very friendly. I let it slide. My husband went in for his visit and he said thr Dr was great. Kept him informed on what was going on. Was very professional. He said thr office staff was rude. The office manager is "friends" with other employees and shows favoritism. This causes other employees to feel uncomfortable to come to her with concerns. Some employees and customers are treated very rude and it creates a Hostile Work Environment as well as a uncomfortable experience as a patient. There is one front desk employees with a messed up eye that is very unprofessional and she comes off like she hates the world. She is not customer service minded at all.
