Happy with the care given and solutions provided!
My family has used this business for over a year. I've never left feeling dismissed or sad. Today I felt a couple of the staff were rude and very dismissive of my concerns. My daughter was almost in tears because her new glasses are too tight and she said the prescription is making her eyes hurt. There is a 30 day return policy but when I asked about maybe trading for another pair of glasses, I was told in a huffy way that my daughter would need to wear them for a week or so first. Dr James and his staff are so kind and thorough, I just can’t say enough good things about them and the whole experience! I can see things that I haven’t seen in years!!!! A big thank you to everyone there that helped me!!!
Dr McMillian seems to rush me through. He doesn’t seem to be very patient. He told me I had significant cataracts which affects my prescription. He acted very irritated with me when I asked him about the severity of my cataracts. I could not see out of the TWO sets of glasses they originally made for me. So he rechecked my eyes and told me that he adjusted the prescription more similar to my previous prescription.
