Dr James and his staff are so kind and thorough, I just can’t say enough good things about them and the whole experience! I can see things that I haven’t seen in years!!!! A big thank you to everyone there that helped me!!!
Dr McMillian seems to rush me through. He doesn’t seem to be very patient. He told me I had significant cataracts which affects my prescription. He acted very irritated with me when I asked him about the severity of my cataracts. I could not see out of the TWO sets of glasses they originally made for me. So he rechecked my eyes and told me that he adjusted the prescription more similar to my previous prescription. Great Eye Care facility. Doctor and staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
So my husband had a piece of metal in his eye. I called and they were able to get him in to remove it. That part was great other than the lady on the phone that I spoke with was not very friendly. I let it slide. My husband went in for his visit and he said thr Dr was great. Kept him informed on what was going on. Was very professional. He said thr office staff was rude.
