I recently visited McMillan Eye Care for eye care services and unfortunately did not have a positive experience. Upon entering the office, I was not greeted or acknowledged by the front desk staff, despite there being very few patients (1) other present. I had to initiate the interaction myself just to let them know I was there to look at glasses. What stood out to me most was the inconsistency in customer service. Not only is the staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable, but they all have a real good sense of humor. I've been wearing glasses for a long time now, over 20 yrs, and I can't imagine going anywhere else for a new pair or eye exams.

My family has been with Dr. McMillian for over 13 years. Dr. McMillan and Dr. James are both great and their staff is amazing!! I consistently refer people there. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. If Sabrina can't figure it out or get to the bottom of an issue then no one can!!

All of the staff is really friendly and welcoming. Dr James took his time to address any concerns I had and explained why I was having issues seeing clearly at night. I got my glasses a couple of weeks later, and accidentally sat on them. Luckily I had the warranty. I brought my glasses in and I was able to get them fixed that day. I’d recommend to family and friends.
