I was fairly satisfied with my actual physical therapy - I loved most of the staff and worked around the one I didn’t (never felt like she listened). However I tried to do the step up program and I gave up today. I liked the smaller pool environment and less people. Turns out it only takes one to ruin it. One person that multiple people complained about.
