The facility is clean and the personnel are friendly and eager to help. Everyone greets you with a smile. Questions are answered quickly, and they make sure you understand the answer. When they give you an exercise they explain not only how to do it, but why. Excellent
Thank you to my Physical Therapist, Billy, all the PT Aides and all of the people of McMasters Physical Therapy for their help following my recent knee replacement. They are wonderful and are very interested in helping me to reach my goal in regaining and returning to my daily life. I also am excited to move to the Step Up program, continuing my exercises, utilizing the machines, (exercise bike, etc.) and therapy pool for a minimal $25 to remain physically fit. & healthy!
Everyone here takes the time to listen and work with you as you recover. They know their business. 2 weeks out with total knee replacement , my doctor was impressed with where I was at and stated the PT group was doing a great job!
I wholeheartedly recommend McMaster's Physical Therapy Clinic. The staff here are so incredibly supportive, caring, kind, uplifting, and genuine. One of the best decisions I have made for my health in a long time.
I have Hashimoto's, psoriatic arthritis, fibromyalgia, and myalgic encephalomyelitis. Every moment was riddled with pain. The aqua therapy has changed my life. I am feeling better than I have in 20 years. I can't express in words how grateful I am. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS IF YOU HAVE CHRONIC PAIN! Rosemary is caring but tough. She is very good at her job. The staff is wonderful. I was in the process of applying for disability. Past tense. Now I am looking for a job.
Every person I have met thus far have been absolutely wonderful and have been more than helpful. I'm really looking forward to my sessions.
This team has gone above and beyond to treat me and get me back to functioning and thriving. Injuries and limitations from them can leave you feeling hopeless and they have truly helped me to regain that hope and get back to my everyday routine! They listen and they care. I'm so thankful Such a great team to have in your corner.
