I ordered a $100+ autumn bouquet specifically for the amber vase shown online, as it added warmth and was the reason I chose it. Instead, the recipient received a plain arrangement that looked nothing like the photo. I understand substitutions, but the vase was the key feature. Even worse, I emailed McMahon’s House of Flowers three times and never got a response. Very disappointing experience — will not order again.
Great experience working with McMahon's for our wedding. We got boutonnieres, flower petals, some greens for centre pieces, and a large flower arrangement for our arbor. All of them turned out great. I found it best to attend the store in person to discuss what we were looking for. Once decided what we wanted, ordering and pick up was seemless!
The bouquet of flowers that arrived yesterday for my birthday are truly exquisite. Lovely fresh vibrant flowers, beautifully arranged. Thank you.
First i'd want to say i know VERY little about plants and gardening i walked in thinking get a cactus because i'm about as nurturing as a desert The kind, helpful and knowledgeable staff took time to not just to help me but to educate me on my options and plant care in a way i understand and can remember. Thanks to them i left with a beautiful plant that is low maintenance that if properly cared for will last generations. Thank you for the help and kindness through this process
