Extremely disappointed. I brought my brand new vehicle back to the dealership to have the windows tinted — a service they coordinated — and when I got it back, there was a noticeable scratch on the front panel. No one informed me of any issue, and no one took responsibility. This was a new car with barely any miles on it, and now it’s damaged because of careless handling.
