Great service, great prices. Definitely first class establishment.
I caught a flat outside the shop right at 5 pm (closing time). Luckily for me they hadn’t left yet, and even though they were closed Alex stayed late to help me get the spare on while me and my kids stayed in the car. 10 mins later we were back on the road. 5 star service! He went above and beyond and he was so sweet about it. So thankful there’s still kind people like this in the world. Next time I need car maintenance I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicle here!

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and highly recommend their services. Thad and Alex are fantastic—always quick to assist and go the extra mile to ensure everything is done right. It’s rare to find a shop where you feel completely confident in the care of your vehicle, but McKenzie Service Center delivers every time.
