I have had a nightmare experience with McKenna & Company Property Management from start to finish. In July 2014, I contracted with Diane Hoffman, the agent in Temecula, CA for McKenna. She came as a referral from the Realtor that my husband and I had just purchased our retirement home from, planning to retire in a couple of years. From the first week, Diane found many things to overcharge us on to get the house ready.
