EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I hired them to have my car towed to a body shop after I was rear ended. While my car was in their possession they lost my license plate. I have photo evidence of it before it went on the tow truck and after it was dropped off to the body shop my plate was no where to be found. I called and asked if they would reimburse me for the plate that they either lost or stole and he was extremely rude and would not do so. He ended up hanging up on me. Wondering why the driver in the white wheel lift is using police sirens? Isn't that illegal? And then I call your company to ask why your using sirens and get to told what business of mine is it? Good thing I got it on dash cam, I'll be filing a complaint with the sheriff's office. And just incase your not sure, I looked it up for you. 15B-9.005. Wrecker Classification and Required Equipment (3) Sirens on wreckers are prohibited

They are never available when you need them to haul something. Promises they will call you back and never does. I don’t see how this place is still in business.
