McGraws Cantina Small, cozy restaurant on Tucson's far eastside. It is high up on a hill, which makes for interesting parking. The food is very tasty, but also very expensive. There are other places in town to get great steaks for a better price. I was very surprised by this, considering it is not a fancy place at all. It is very clean, though, and the staff was friendly enough. PROS: Good food CONS: Overpriced
Very Nice McGraws is a very nice place that overlooks the Santa Rita mountains. Most of the clientele are regulars that work in the equestrian industry. It is a fun place to socialize and get a drink.
Don't bother The service was terrible at McGraws restaurant. I ordered an appetizer of chips & salsa which did not arrive until dinner was served. Drink refills were never offered. I had to stand & flag down the waiter in order to receive the bill. The food quality was average which was disaapointomg since the entree prices are high. This was my first & last visit to McGraws.
Small eastside stop Laid back causual resturant on the east side. I recommend going there around dusk and sitting on the back patio as it sits high up on a hill providing excellent views of the sunset. I've tried a variety of sandwiches and they were decent but nothing special and a bit over priced. The staff is very friendly. The food might not be the best but it's a great place to have a drink with some friends and catch a great view.
Relaxed atmosphere & good food! Great sandwiches w/ side of fresh coleslaw or fries.... I usually go during the week and service is consistently terrific. Iced tea is always fresh brewed. Sitting out on the patio at the top of the hill adds to the relaxed atmosphere.
