They listen to you as a human being and bottom line they will fix the issue. We didn’t buy our toy hauler here but use there service dept. First off Bruce in parts is awesome and the service dept. took care of our issue in no time. Prices very affordable and everyone is extremely nice and friendly. They have a permanent customer with us and I highly recommended them to y’all!!!

What a great place to get an rv or parts and accessories for yours. We had an excellent experience here and would not go anywhere else! The sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
We just purchased our very first camper! Chuck was so amazing and helped us find the perfect camper for us. Danny gave us a full walk through and showed us how every single thing worked on the camper. Danny and Chuck both provided us with their personal phone numbers so if we ever have questions we can call them directly and they will help us out! We are very pleased with our experience! We will definitely be referring our friends and family to shop at McGaugh RV and will be using them for all of our RV needs in the future!
