My mother was recently there to purchase a preowned RV. The experience she had was ok aside from a couple of things. Jerry and Wes were the men that helped. First thing my husband was there to drive it to our house (mind you less than an hour away) we get there and it starts just fine. So we turn it off and get things situated to get it home. I am very sorry that you did not make it home with the motorhome. I do feel that some clarification is needed here however . The motorhome your mother purchased was 1988 that was being sold from our wholesale area not our retail one. As such this motorhome has nothing other than a basic safety inspection done, and your mother was made fully aware of this by Wes, Jerry and myself during each of her three visits to check out the motorhome. Our Slide would not go out. I called McGaugh and the service department was closed but Bobby (I believe he is a salesman) came to our rescue. He told us to look for the fuse between the battery and the slide motor. That was it. We replaced the blown fuse with a $1 fuse. SUCCESS! Thanks Bobby. We will definitely look you up in the spring when we are ready to upgrade — with Jim Bowers.
There service is awful, u buy it they have it more then u do working on it.Never buy from them.
Being first time buying a travel trailer McGaugh is the Best ! Wife and I traveled from Alabama to make our purchase. We had traveled to several locations in our area . McGaughs was by far the Best . Hunter the technician that gave us our walk thru . Words can not describe his efforts and expertise. Hunter is the man ! Great parts on hand .
The customer service is 2nd to none during buying process but the main one is the best customer service after u buy ur camper.. they stand out n gettin ur warranty work done quickly with friendly service .. most places would take a month or more.. they stand by there product.. I rambling on but this place really impressed me with there after bought camper service
this is the place to go for the best customer service!! Everyone is so friendly and make you feel at home ... my husband and i will always send new business !
They stand behind their units and work with you and try to give you the best price they can. They don’t bother you while looking around and salesmen are great!
