As new home owners in April, we purchased a whole home warranty plan with the help of our realtor. Thank glob we did, because it got us in touch with MacDonald Plumbing. We’ve had to make 3 claims regarding drainage issues and ensuing backup. It’s a 50’s house with a 60’s bathroom addition that we haven’t used much since moving in, due to the tiny, dated toilet you’d have to flush twice just for #1. 1 star because it won't allow 0... Roger was called out to my property by the septic tank guys, to excavate my septic tank so they could empty it. He showed up quickly and took care of the excavation. He left me his number saying he would come back to help me with other plumbing issues I was having as well. He came out on a Saturday and assessed my plumbing needs, taking note of what parts he thought he might need and gave me a verbal bid on the repairs.
