I had the best experience ever at this orthodontic office! From the friendly front desk lady to the lady who took my X-rays, as well as Mrs.Tami and of course Dr. Robert — everyone was incredibly kind and professional. I was so impressed by how welcoming the entire team was, especially so early in the morning. My appointment was at 7 a.m., and they were all ready to go with smiles on their faces, greeting each of us warmly. I can't remember the Tech's name that worked on Isabella today, 10/22 but she was amazing. She was very gentle, caring and made sure Isabella was comfortable. She took her time and let Isabella have her moments. She explained everything she was doing and how things were going to work. She made sure Isabella was comfortable and got her through her appt. Great Job! We love Macdonald Orthodontics. Everyone is so friendly and takes the time to know their patients...
