I ordered on mobile-app for pick-up. Truly disappointed how they treat pick-up customers. There was employee when i get there and asked him my pick-up. He just ignored me and left to the back. Then i asked another worker she told me she notified to the responsible person. I waited another 7min. I had enough and walked to the regular order pick-up desk. Finally she gave me the prepared bag. It was there just waiting someone to hand me. Why ignore customer? Why is there no one to handle the online pick-up area???
