Catholic charity organization is awesome!!!
Property management nor owners care about the property. When I first moved here it was clean and nice. Pressure washed outside areas at least twice a year. Now it's dirty always. Summer is really bad with flys around the garbage area and nasty. Street people sleep and do drugs in garage and garbage alcoves. Not safe for adults or children playing in the courtyards/playgrounds. Been here 12 years. Looking to move right away. If you're homeless it might seem like paradise though. It's only, because I got to visit with someone I haven't in awhile... Them use to be some Apartments I love to visit ,been going there for 10 years, In the last couple years they don't want to get good management around there, They don't take threats seriously, I'm praying everyday and night that my #%@*^? Get out!!
