Called for an estimate to replace my multiple units on the house I just bought. Eric came out due to Mr. McCormick wife having surgery. He looked over all the units, took pictures we discussed the units and options. One unit that I was having issues with but was functional he opened the panel and wiggled the ground wire, told me that probably was probably the problem and to buy one from amazon since I was fairly handy I could do it myself to save a service call.
