I sent my tool in for warranty service, it took between 5 and 6 weeks, they told me there was nothing wrong with it, they just cleaned it and they still charged me more than the warranty cost.

Great service, they take their time but they fixed my dewalt tool and i didn’t pay nothing. The staff is very friendly and the cat too.
