I hate going to her office. I put it off until I can no longer deal with it. The wait is horrible in the waiting room. When you do call it seems as if they always want to say Oh you are a new patient. Last visit I found out they had lost my records and my have to do some tests over again and start from scratch! On my dime of course
Currently waiting over an hour in the waiting room. Absolutely ridiculous. Seems like an ongoing issue. Shouldn't take that long to figure out to space the appointments apart a little more. It's not that hard people. We will see the Dr today....but we won't return!!!!!
Dr McBroom is wonderful. She takes her time with you and answers any questions you may. May husband is her patient and has nothing but good things to say about her and her staff. Thank you for your kindness.
