I had the misfortune of getting Mark assigned to one of my properties for a refinance. Not only did he use comparable sales from two years prior, but he also used a poor active comparable. Even the relevant comparable sales used were lazy at best. On top of that, he was late on turning in both the initial report and then the changes the lender requested.
Mark recently appraised our property in San Jose, CA. He was courteous and respectful during the process. He made the process as easy as possible. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. His report was very detailed and helped me to understand it completely.
