This is a follow up to my earlier review posted 9 months ago. MBX charged me $2,500 for full design services and construction plans for building a home. They did not provide any of the deliverables they promised (see earlier post for further details). We never received the half reimbursement that MBX committed to. I filed a lawsuit against MBX. Complete scam! I paid $2,500 for a “design service” that was not delivered. According to the invoice, the deliverable was supposed to include (1) design and planning, (2) electrical and plumbing layouts, (3) exterior and interior elevations and (4) 3D exterior renderings. None of the services were provided. The owner, Mark, apparently is the only person who is in the US and knows actual local costs and building practices. Building finished in May 2018. The building itself was fine once it was constructed. However, dealing with this company was painful. Had to go back to the company for missing pieces. Also, price increased after the initial order. Company failed to keep over the phone promises about construction. The contractors they recommended were unreliable and also tried to increase the price after work was done. I would recommend finding a different company that can do it all. UPDATE 1.5 years later....
