I had used Dr. Frazier for years. I found her caring and professional until this past June. I made a telehealth appointment with Truelove. I paid my copay and waited two hours. The doctor never came on. My insurance was billed as well. I scheduled two more times and never heard from Truelove. I went to the office and found someone else occupied the space. Avoid this office at all costs. I have been a patient here for years, only because I had state health insurance and few providers accept it. I cannot count how many times Dr. Frazier has no-showed my appointments. I’ve had to email and call her assistant, Truelove, repeatedly—sometimes waiting weeks for a response. I take a daily medication, and this office’s negligence forced me to seek an online doctor to get my prescription. It is sometimes difficult to get an appointment, but when I have gotten an appointment and spoken with her, she is absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. She does not rush to give you medicine just because you asked for it, she will help you get to the bottom of the cause of your condition. I saw someone report that she fills prescriptions that other doctors prescribed, and for me that was a plus. She respects doctors that specialize in areas that she doesn't not. Due to improper care, I have officially reported this doctor to the medical board, I truly hope something is done so no one else goes through something similar. I have never received such a lack of care that has left me so incredibly sick. This is coming from someone who works for a doctor. I've never seen such unprofessionalism.
I had a terrible experience with this doctor's office. The doctor, was incredibly unprofessional and had a terrible bedside manner. I had to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment time to see her, and when I did, she insulted me for inquiring about a billing error.
