At a pivotal point in my journey, I was led to a beautiful person who not only understood me, but also displayed patience and guidance immensely! I am thankful that I took a leap of faith and it has given me even more faith in pouring into myself and others! You are truly appreciated!

I went for 6 months weekly. The therapist I worked with was late to every single session and never made the time up, she would often end a few minutes early. I don't feel like the things I shared were taken seriously and truthfully I didn't get much help here.

While I’ve heard of reiki, I’ve never tried it. I got the chance to experience my first session with Tanika. While I was open to the experience, I had no expectations. Let me just say what I experienced was mind blowing. Definitely a practice I’m excited to incorporate into my healing/wellness journey! So grateful to Tanika for her professionalism and allowing me the opportunity to experience this healing practice.

This was my first time trying therapy as an adult. I was excited to be open and transparent, as Tanika created a safe space initially. She requested feedback at the end of our first session, I provided it honestly and respectfully, but was met with a cold, dry response, denying future treatment. I expressed several concerns, and she did not address or empathize with any of them. I completely understand not being a good fit.
