Communication is horrible. They say they're there to support you, but they absolutely do not. With one exception, I've had nothing but trouble from them from day 1 from every 'business manager.' They've recently switched over to a client care team, with the promise that I would receive the same level of service. That has actually turned out to be true. The service is still horrible. they won't talk to you when you have a problem and I have NEVER had anyone contractor house ever screw around with people and their money. Horrible...I will tell everyone I know to stay away from MBO Partners
