Mary and her team are amazing. They are knowledgable, professional, reliable and responsive! When we first acquired our property, I called at least 10 companies, and only Mary would manage it vacant. We live out of state, and MBM has managed the property through it all: hard freezes, repairs, issues over holidays and more. Upon renting the property, Mary has been equally wonderful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

We had a very negative experience working with MBM, Nextage Realty Group, and LPT Realty — all due to our interactions with Mary. There were multiple issues with professionalism, but the most concerning was that an applicant was approved for one of our properties without disclosing a prior eviction, which we later discovered ourselves. Communication was poor, and key details were not handled transparently. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company. I’ve filed a formal complaint with TREC for review.
