This should be 0 stars. MBM Management is a disaster. Frank Marrero failed to form an official condo association, mishandled over $35,000 in insurance funds, ignored necessary repairs, and even kept charging us after we fired him—while hiding the page to cancel recurring payments. His inaction left units with serious water and mold damage. Completely unprofessional and exploitative. Avoid at all costs.
