I worked very closely with Frank to manage our building as one of the owners of the property. I was always disappointed to spend a lot of my free time chasing for updates and listening to empty promises. Frank currently owes our building’s HOA $10,000 for a roof deposit paid to a contractor he hired, who never completed the job. No contract, no completed job—just a whole lot of excuses. We were initially told the roof was done, only to later find out it was installed upside down. When another owner left a review exposing Frank’s sketchy behavior, he suddenly became very cooperative, promising to refund the $10,000 within 7-10 days if we took the review down. Just bought a condo in an MBM managed building - we reached out to them over a month ago with a fairly basic question (how to get added to front door buzzer) and still haven't been able to get a response other than "call you soon" (they haven't). We are having our valuable packages left outside on a busy street, all because we can't be contacted by delivery drivers. Will update this post & rating if/when resolved.
