Built in 1906, the MBI Motors building has been home to only a handful of businesses. Since the early days, our building has housed mechanized transportation of some kind. If the walls could talk, there would be stories of selling and repairing Ford Motor-Coaches, Can Am Motorcycles, Skidoo Snow Machines and Mercedes-Benz automobiles. Just visited mbi on Monday and they are the most honest people in the biz, their prices are better and they are very friendly people. Kevin was very helpful!!!! Thnx again!
I just visited MBI for the first time today, and couldn't be happier with their service, repair, and price. I had to have an alternator replaced, which Mercedes quoted as $825. MBI quoted the repair as $520, then only charged me $430 when the job was done. You just can't be that. The customer service is pleasant and attentive, without wasting any of your time. You will not be disappointed in taking your car here.
Just got back from another service today and my first under the new ownership. The family vibe remains, all the employees seemed upbeat and happy and the work was completed on time while I waited.
Kim and Corbin treated me like more than just a customer, and were respectful and so friendly. The work they did on my car was excellent and they went way beyond the usual routine for a repair shop. I would recommend MBI and their staff to anyone wanting great service and results.
I have had better service experiences with MBI than I have ever had with any other shop. They are responsive, honest, personable, and they were willing to work with my available finances.
MBI Motors is so much better than my last mechanic, who never kept in contact with me and never filled me in on what was going on. MBI Motors had great communication with me.
These guys are great. The work they do is very professional. When I drop my car off at 8am, it is usually done by 2pm.
