I Have Been With MBI Mental Health Services At 4017 Minnesota Ave In NE DC For Over 5 Years And They Have Never Given Me Any Kind Of Real Mental Health Services It's Really Strange And I Think It's Very Unprofessional And Very Neglectful Cuz They Are Not Helping Me With Any Kind Of My Mental Health Needs And Currently Today I Do Have A Caseworker That Is Barely Talking Or Coming 2 See Me And I Think It's Very Improper

I’m giving 1 star to this company ! I’m homeless with my son and I can’t get any type of help from them. They keep telling me that someone will give me a call back but they never do. I wish I never did an intake with them. Why get me to sign up for services if you’re not going to help me with what I need help with !!! It’s very disturbing being homeless and the case worker Porsche Thornton is NO HELP AT ALL. She’s very rude, dismissive, highly unprofessional and she shouldn’t even be working there. I can only go by my 1st intake visit which was today. My contact person was Christine Ohley, who was very professional; overall Ms. Ottley showed compassion from the time I walked in the door until I left. She listen to my irrational behavior considering I've bn off medication with no Psychiatrist. Ms. Ottley even extended more information of where I can receive medication today. Thx MBI intake behavior considering I've bn w/o help for quite some time. I'm sure MBI will be the perfect place for me.
