Seeing that two stars makes a lot of sense. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Armondo who is rude and Passive aggressive. Clearly bc I was a woman. I spoke to someone the night before and they said that they would deliver it in the morning approx between 9 and 10 AM. I called at 10:40 am. Dispatcher Armondo dissed the other dispatcher who provided the information, proceeded to talk over me at exhaustion when I tried to explain. Thanks a lot. Easy location to find near the airport to collect my delayed bag. In a small industrial unit. Helpful guys and they had my bag ready.
Baggage was delayed but eventually delivered a day later. Which is acceptable.
