Best landlord I have ever had. I did not want to move even when I needed more space as our family grew. The entire unit is extremely well maintained and you can frequently see our landlord cleaning, weeding, and upgrading different areas. This place is extremely depressing if you live on the back side. Theres only 2 windows in the whole apartment and the rest is all shut off from natural light. The cabinets, and flooring are super cheap. The flooring is not flat, you can feel the bumps from the parking garage that used to be there. It’s a nightmare to get in and out of the apartment because it’s on the busiest street in pacific beach. If you want to head East good luck trying to get to the opposite turning lane. Not worth the price.
