Fast service with loans.
They are not supportive in the slightest of deployed members. I am currently in Afghanistan and my account has been frozen now for the 3rd time in 4 month....even though they are aware of my deployment. Once even disabling my husbands card for 10 days. Today when my husband went to clear up our 3rd problem they tried telling him (even though he's on the account) that they can't release any information about the account to him. He re-informed them about my deployment and they gave him access. I am done with them!! 100% done. ... read more
