RecommendedI’ve been renting with MBA for a year and a half now. They are great landlords who care about their tenants. Way better than any others I’ve dealt with in the past. The only time we had a service request was when our garage broke in the middle of the night and they were on top of it, I had a call from the repair man the next morning. They are very attentive and quick with responding to any question or concern I’ve ever had. Just overall a very good company to rent with.
I felt that MBA and you and Yaneth were very professional, responsive and fair. They managed 2 properties for me for several years and were on top of things, their record keeping was very good as was their communications. I would use them again if I purchase more properties in the Phoexix area.
We rented for 4 1/2 years. We had zero issues,and all requests were handled quickly and fairly. We loved our home! Thank you for being such an easy company to work with!

By far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Their company lacks customer service and they DO NOT handle maintenance issues quickly. I recently had to go two days without hot water, mind you I have a small child that I could not bathe because my water heater broke on a Saturday, and the best Yaneth could do was tell me it was my fault that I waited until a Saturday to put in a request. As a rental company, they are very on top of any requests you may have regarding their units. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because there are so many extra fees they have here and there. Extra fees at move in, big security deposits that you most likely will not see the rest of at the end of your lease... I got charged for air vents when I had just replaced them, a sink stopper that had to be readjusted, a cleaning fee on top of me having to provide proof I got the carpets cleaned.... and something... read more
