As a contractor, I’ve dealt with a number of manganese companies! But non are as well organized or reliable as these guys! Especially Michelle she is on top of her properties at all times and very easy to deal with! I would reconnect them to anyone
The worst company in the world. They do nothing but increase the maintenance payment every quarter. They can't even hire a lawn man that will weed. The do not clean the hallways do not clean light fixtures do not clean pool deck do not do anything but collect money. Their representative Michelle is useless. A very corrupt business
We have been living in this community for almost 6 years. HRT Management(Michelle- property manager & Milford) have made it a pleasure to deal with them if there is ever a problem.we are very happy the way our community is kept. Nowadays it’s nice if you call the office and whomever answers is always pleasant and efficient. We are very pleased with the HRT Realty Services office staff and especially Michelle Prezeau who is the property manager, and also Milfort who is the maintenance man for the condominium development we live in. Whenever we have any questions or need help with maintenance issues we call Michelle, who is always so kind and helpful.
