It only takes ONE very rude & snotty consultant to ruin a Bride’s experience for planning their wedding day. The unprofessionalism that is experienced in this store is out of this world HUGE!!! Shame on any of you that can make a woman, planning their wedding day, sit and cry in your store, then never get an apology. I was there today with my sisters for our bridesmaids dresses for her upcoming wedding. Definitely will not be ordering them from here. I feel like bridal shops should employee the most pleasant, upbeat, outgoing and kind hearted patient individuals. I had an absolutely amazing time trying on wedding dresses at MB Bride & Special Occasion! Caroline was the most helpful and fun bridal consultant! She made my family and I feel supported and excited. So of course, with her help, I was able to say "Yes" to my dress! Thank you ladies for a wonderful shopping experience!
Morgan was very professional, organized, helpful, and fun! She explained everything thoroughly and encouraged our friend (the bride) to try on other dresses that may not be what she had pictured. she attended to my friend with changing the gown and how she should feel in the dress. You could tell how experienced she is and knows the "routine". My friend found her dress that made her look like the stunning bride she will be. Thanks for the help Morgan!
MB Bride was the first place I went to look for my wedding dress on Monday. Morgan was absolutely AMAZING. She was so sweet and helpful. I was unsure of what I wanted so she showed a nice range of dresses. An hour and a half later I found the most perfect dress. Ordered it that day! She was so patient with me and she also discussed getting bridesmaids dresses and tuxes! So thankful I had her as my consultant! Highly recommend her!
