Just ordered my dress last week from MB Bride! I had an amazing experience with Susan! I felt so comfortable with her and she really listened to what I said I was looking for! She was so accommodating to both me and my family! Definitely would recommend her to any newly engaged brides!

I purchased my dream dress from Mb. I was super excited about it but I am only 5 foot tall and my dress is a mermaid style. I MADE sure to ask the lady if I bought the dress if the part where the dress flares out would be able to be raised. It flares out below my knee and on the model it flares out way above her knee. The lady assured me that that could be done. Well yesterday I went in for my first alteration appointment only for them to tell me that it cannot be raised. I went February 13 and I had a great time. Kylee was so wonderful as a consultant. She was so patient and went above and beyond to help this frist time bride to find a dress under what I wanted to pay but i should have just picked the dress that went in thier to see the frist time. I tried on several dresses. That dress was ultimately the one I went with. Kylee was kind wonderful funny and didn't rush me. She listened to me and my friends and family. Susan was absolutely wonderful for both of my appointments! I had a big party for both times! She was absolutely incredible helping me out and helping with the girls. She never made me feel unwelcomed at any point. She was truly amazing to be around! When I found my wedding dress she instantly knew it was the one and helped me pick out a belt and veil and made it feel more bridal. I highly recommend Susan and her coworkers at MB, they are truly an amazing team and wonderful to be around!!

Susan was our consultant for a bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses. She was absolutely amazing. Very patient with us, and honest. She was such a big help and made everything run so smooth. Very much recommend MB Bride!

Went to MB bride today for the first time. We were paired with Jennifer. Contacted MB bride to see if an appointment was necessary to look and not try on dresses and was told yes. When we told Jennifer we just wanted to look she stated that she would have to speak to her manager and then returned acting very pushy for dresses to be tried on. Not only did she push for dresses to be tried on, but she was saying how the desired dress style would not look good!
