This was my second upgrade by MB Truck & Auto on my Sprinter van. Excellent install of Owl products during this visit. Highly recommend this shop for all your upfitter needs!
So in 2024 I sold my 4Runner TRD Pro and upgraded to the Lexus GX550 in hopes of a better ride for long trips and off road adventures. Problem was that I loved my 4Runner and had some really great upgrades. It had a 6” lift and 35” tires, winch, new roof rack, back gate with spare tire, not to mention an upgraded sound system. Did I mention I loved this vehicle? Only issue was that it was not a great vehicle for long trips. My hopes for my new ride was a better overall ride for comfort (over 50 package). been trying to get an appointment with this shop since december. keeps telling me to email what i need done. took 2 months to get a reply and its been 4 months since then. ive called 5 times to try to make an appointment snd sent half a dozen follow up emails and they do not respond. i had a problem with my power steering pump. since their lack of a response my power steering pump is now blown, leaking fluid all over my driveway and i will be missing my bachelor party over this. i chose this spot on the recommendation of peo... read more
