Slow to serve, while they chat
Sent one Tissot for repairs after quoting over $300 for repairs I decided not to get it fixed but they charged me $25 for the quote. The second Tissot was send back for a battery replacement $210 when I picked it up in the store the bezel fell off. So back to Tissot again and then $195 later and it wasn’t even my fault. Had been a loyal Mazz customer for years but won’t be back again!

Am over the moon with the service received from Jacqui. It was a phone call to the store this morning with an issue I was facing with my watch, she arranged for a callback from the Rep, who then actually came to meet me and fixed my watch, all within an hour. Unbelievable and absolutely out of the world service. Cant stop talking to people about it. Great job Jacqui and David from Tissot.
