The purhase experience was five stars. I actually bought an eternity ring several years before for our first anniversary and then last year I lost it!! I went back to the store and they had my purchase on record, found the identical ring and matched the price that I originally paid for it! Awesome! But the rest of service gets a 1 star. Been there about 6 months ago to order a Rado watch is was on sell, the original price was $2,800 on sale Price was $1899. when I told the staff they said it was out of stock you need to order for full price!! But when I went to Glen Waverley mazzucchelli they ordered it for $1899. Never trust that lady!!
Kerry (a guy) absolutely disgusting and very rude, do not buy from here I do not recommended, if you want to buy from mazzachullis i recommend a different store like Chad stone of glen wavery.
