I love mazzios but not 1 of my delivery orders have every been correct from this location or arrived within the 40 minute time frame. These aren't large orders. It's my husband and 2 young kids so its not more than 2 pizzas and breadsticks on the regular. Just add some quality control to your deliveries and try finding reliable workers so they don't have to struggle when understaffed. I live 0.7 mile from the location and delivery is over an hour.... that's wild to me.
The driver mistakenly delivered to the wrong apartment. I called but they said I would have to come pick it up. I then requested a refund. The driver was supposed to bring me something to sign for but never came. I called again and they said the driver closed out, and that the food was delivered twice. We end up going up there anyway.We did end up getting assistance from the manager and am currently pending a call and refund from corporate. Truly awful experience I cant recommend the delivery here.
Delivery took a long time, but the driver notified me that my original driver was in a wreck and she especially took my order. Great service and my pizza was still hot!
