I was going to contact Mazzios Corporate about a bad experience at one of their stores but now I see they already only have a 2.3, why bother with wasting any energy on a loser chain, I will just go elsewhere forever, along with making sure my friends and family know not to go either. I ordered a taco pizza on 12/8/2025 it came with a hamburger pizza with a extra box of salad and lettuce and olives to put on such a terrible display I have ever seen this is the worst service I have ever seen have ordered for years in the okmulgee town no refried beans just awful no more ordering again

Mezzo’s in Choctaw Oklahoma is in rough shape. It’s dirty, the windows are dirty, speakers are blown so static heard more than the music. Salad mix on salad bar was browning and they just threw some spinach leaves on top of it to make it look better. Bunch of young people working and they were yelling at each other across the dining room area. Needs some serious cleaning and a responsible adult manager.
