It’s a shame! This place used to be fantastic. Went for an early, pre movie dinner & was disappointed to say the least. There were abundant staff but service was abysmal. We asked for water with our wine twice before it arrived and was never refilled without request. Timing of apps was poor. The food was ok but not great. Delicious food! Full of flavor; good service; comfortable environment
The food never dissapoints! Everything is delicious! Great family atmosphere with a super friendly staff. Oh, and the Belly Dancer show on Fridays and Saturdays is outstanding! We love going to Mazza!
Let me start by saying that the food is very good. We went for my mother’s bday, I told our waiter and he was very accommodating & nice. The belly dancer was also amazing in her craft and she’s the only reason why the experience there was salvaged. When we were done and at the exit door, our waiter came running stating that he had not put gratuity in our check, I was confused, didn’t understand & he again repeated himself & then I got it! Will not be eating at this restaurant again. They ran out of a food item I had ordered and did nothing to reconcile it since the worker on the phone said it was because I had ordered through Uber Eats. For a company that pays a service like Uber Eats to advertise for them so people can try their food but does not have a process set up for order reconciliations shows how unprofessional they are. AC was broken and service was slow
On Sunday, July 22nd, 2018 I ordered a couple platters from Mazza Grill for a dinner function at my house. Unfortunately, they did not include some items. I've called them everyday since Sunday and have been told repeatedly that the manager is unavailable and would contact me as soon as possible. No-one contacted me to rectify the situation.
