Both my grandmother and aunt are patients here, and not one call for results of blood work. Both tests requires a call to see what the next plan of action is. We get answers like "The doctor hasn't checked the results." or "We will give you a call back." I'm sorry, being in the same profession area, it does not take over two weeks for blood results. Waiting time in room for Dr to come is unbelievable. Over an hour, Dr is pleasant, but appointment seems rushed. I understand insurances don't pay alot, but at least pretend patients time is valuable also.
