Had to have some patching done to my oak flooring. On a recommendation from a friend and also a contractor, I called Mazmanian Flooring in Billerica. I am beyond pleased with their work! Within less than 2 weeks, I had an estimate and the work complete. It looks amazing! Hank has quite a talent, takes pride in his work and it shows. He was meticulous. When the floors are refinished, you will never be able to tell it was patched. Thank you Hank and Mazmanian for a job well done!
Only put 5 stars to have review for all to see. Terrible customer service. Had carpet put in a few years ago and needed a restretch on a room with no furniture that has never even been used. Wanted to charge an absurd price unless someone was “already in the area.” This is the second time someone had to come out and restretch the carpet....it should not be doing this after a few years. Will find someone else with better service. Do not use them...you will be disappointed in a few years!

I just had my floors done. 4 rooms. The team at Mazmanian did everything. From tearing up old carpet to moving the larger furniture. They put the floors down in just under 3 days in 90 degree weather. Everything about them is first class. They worked with us on pricing and we couldn't be more ecstatic about the results. This is a first class company. From the folks in the show room, to the guys out measuring as well as the guys installing the products. These guys are amazing and I will recommend anyone to go with these guys.... read more
I HAVE USED MANY COMPANYS IN THE 47 YEARS THAT I HAVE OWNED MY HOME IN TEWKSBURY. PERFECTION IS THE WORD I WOULD USE TO DESCRIBE EVERYONE WHO IS A PART OF THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE BEST. WHEN YOUR CONSIDERING FLOORING FOR YOUR HOME THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU NEED TO DO THE JOB RIGHT. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER........ NANCY MEDE
